These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Azenira, including the mobile application, review website, related content, and associated services. By downloading, accessing, or using Azenira, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Azenira is designed for crystal collection organization, image-led browsing, inspiration management, and optional premium posting workflows.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Azenira. If you use the service on behalf of an organization or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. Your continued use of the service after updates to the Terms means you accept the revised version.
2. Account and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and ensuring that activity under your account complies with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, submit unlawful content, or use Azenira in a way that harms other users or our systems. You are also responsible for ensuring that any content you upload, save, or publish does not infringe the rights of others.
3. Service Scope
Azenira offers tools for collecting visual references, browsing mineral imagery, managing saved items, preparing showcase posts, and accessing related premium product features. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely, that all content will be preserved forever, or that the service will always operate without interruption.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Purchases
Certain features or posting capabilities may require a subscription, a purchase, or access to product-based entitlements. Billing is handled through the applicable platform rules and your selected payment method. You are responsible for reviewing pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation options presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated by the platform, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing, plans, or entitlement structures in the future.
5. Content, Property, and Licenses
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as necessary to operate and improve the service. The Azenira app, interface, visual design, software, branding, and related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, modify, or redistribute protected parts of the service except where applicable law allows it.
6. Acceptable Use and Termination
You may not use Azenira for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity. We may investigate misuse, remove content, suspend functionality, restrict access, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect the service, our users, our rights, or our legal obligations. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not erase obligations that naturally survive, including billing, intellectual property, limitation, and dispute provisions.
7. Disclaimers
Azenira is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absolute accuracy, complete compatibility, or error-free operation. The service is intended for inspiration, organization, and presentation support. It does not provide geological certification, appraisal advice, investment guidance, or any guarantee about the quality, origin, or value of crystals or related goods shown in content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the relevant service period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may revise these Terms when features, law, or billing practices change. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is specified.
